Date Night
Intimate, candlelit, and genuinely impressive. Ordering a meze spread to share is one of the best first date moves going, it's relaxed, interactive, and gives you something to talk about.
With the Group
Meze is literally designed for group dining. Everyone orders a few things, it all lands in the middle, and you just eat your way through it. Perfect for birthdays, catch-ups, or just a big Friday dinner.
Family Lunch

Six Things You Should Absolutely Order
If this is your first time, here's what the regulars always go back to. You can thank us later.
Ioannina Kleftiko
The one that everyone talks about. Slow-roasted lamb, fall-off-the-bone tender, baked in parchment with herbs and garlic.
Pork Gyros Platter
Marinated pork carved off the spit, served with pita, tzatziki, chips, and red onion. A crowd-pleaser without exception.
Meze Dip Selection
Tzatziki, hummus, tirokafteri, taramosalata, all made here, all better than anything you've had before. Get the bread too.
Spanakopita
Crispy pastry, spinach, feta, and herbs. Made fresh every morning. One of the finest things on the menu.
Moussaka
Layers of minced beef, roasted aubergine, and creamy béchamel, baked until golden. A true Greek classic done right.
Baklava
Filo pastry layers, pistachio and walnut filling, drenched in honey syrup. If you're skipping dessert, don't.

Right in the Heart of Bath
Northumberland Place is one of Bath's most atmospheric little lanes. Quiet, pedestrianised, and completely charming. You're seconds from the Roman Baths and the city's main shopping streets, but a world away from the tourist rush.

We're at 6 Northumberland Place, Bath BA1 5AR, a quiet pedestrian lane off the High Street, right in the centre of Bath. A 5 minute walk from Bath Spa station and a 2 minute walk from the Roman Baths.
What makes it one of the best places to eat in Bath?
Twelve years of the same quality, the same family recipes, and the same warmth of welcome. No shortcuts, no shortcuts, no frozen food. Everything is cooked with care in our small kitchen, and guests taste the difference.
Do I need to book or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are always welcome when we have space. But for evenings, especially Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, we strongly recommend booking in advance. It takes about 30 seconds online.

A full meze dinner for two, a selection of starters, a couple of mains, dessert, and drinks, typically comes to £60 to £85. The quality and portion sizes make it exceptional value.

Yes, during warmer months we have outdoor seating on Northumberland Place. It's one of Bath's most pleasant spots to eat al fresco.
